WHAT TASKS DOES AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TAKE ON?

Obtaining confirmation of the conformity of products to the technical regulations in force in Ukraine for 2020

Receiving complaints from consumers and / or government agencies on the quality and safety of your product

Carries out liaison and communication between a non-resident manufacturer and government agencies and structures, with importing companies and distributors when introducing products to the Ukrainian market, as well as in the post-marketing period.

Communication and interaction with importers and distributors when introducing a brand to the Ukrainian market, tracking and controlling marketing activity

STANDARD REPRESENTATIVE JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:

The standard package of tasks and responsibilities of the official representative includes:

  • Drawing up a package of documents (technical file)
  • Work on confirmation of conformity and control over the passage of the entire procedure – submission of a package of documents to state bodies, organization of tests
  • Execution of the Declaration of Conformity
  • Storage of technical documentation for five years (for medical devices, implantable – at least 15 years) and its submission to the body that conducts the conformity assessment or supervisory authorities upon their request
  • Timely compilation and transmission to the competent authorities of information on products that do not meet safety requirements or pose a risk to human health
  • Acceptance of complaints from consumers, participation in tests and examinations and in the analysis of their results, timely informing the manufacturer about such incidents
  • Tracking changes made to the State Standard and technical regulations governing the circulation of this product in Ukraine, informing the manufacturer about them
