Export control of Ukraine.

A set of measures to control the international movement of goods, their use by individuals and legal entities, is carried out by the State Export Control Service of Ukraine (DSEK).

Export control concerns not only the export of goods, but also other directions when moving imports, transit, and the like.

Customs authorities, checking the availability of the necessary permits when moving controlled goods through the customs zone.

Export control includes such measures as issuance of permits by authorized bodies, identification of goods, application of measures of responsibility to persons who violate the requirements of the legislation in terms of export control.
